Cute and comfortable - My first purchase on Zappos and these are GREAT! Fit like a glove from the second I put them on. No breaking in needed. The only thing I would point out, is if I tuck my pants in I have a very hard time closing the boot. I do not have really thin legs, but not really fat ones either. There is a hidden zipper up the side, so they do stay closed, and three magnetic snaps above that. Well the top two will NOT stay closed with pants stuffed inside. Today I tried with a skinnier pant and I could close it up. Barely. Snap on top kept coming open until I scooched the boot down just a bit. And they work fine under my pants. (Hard to show off that cool embroidery though.) These are not a real warm boot BUT I asked ahead of time and Zappos had someone tell me it's only quilted inside. But it keeps the snow and slop out. Good enough to walk from car to store and so on. I wouldn't go skiing in them. Good enough for light use. I like them a lot! Already got compliments first day!

Love the Southpole shoes!This is my second pair of Polars - I got the saddle/brown ones. I love the way they look and the Polars are THE most comfortable sneakers I've EVER worn. After being on my feet all day walking around all day, my feet don't hurt. The only "bad" thing I could say about them is that I don't really see the point in the velvet on the bottoms of the shoes... that was kinda weird... and dangerous… but a good rubbing on concrete solves that problem!
