Spectacular boots - These are gorgeous, gorgeous boots! Beautifully made, inside and out, and they already have protective rubber soles. The heel is actually 3 5/8", but there is a 1/4" hidden platform inside, so they are very comfortable to walk in. They are very tall -- up around my knee (I am 5'7") -- so someone with really long legs would like these. I turned the top down into a little cuff and they look even better that way than as shown. Also, the leather is pretty soft, so I expect with wear they will crush down around the ankle a bit, giving them even more of a rakish look. The color is definitely flamboyant, but it is a bit more subtle than pictured. I almost always wear black, so they are a great accent. These are definitely extravagant, even on sale, but they are keepers!

Beautiful Shoes!These shoes are really stunning. The heel is high so be prepared to suffer a bit for beauty. Ultra sexy! I normally wear a 38, a 38.5 in Italian shoes, but these run true to size.

Beautiful, subtle boot - This boot is expensive, even on sale, but it such a classic design, it will never go out of style. It is beautifully made, inside and out, and the color, "Wenge" is a very dark brown. The boot is tall, right up under my knee, and has a very straight shaft. The leather is supple, so it slouches down around the ankle a bit, which I find very attractive. The heel is a bit over 3 1/2", but there is a hidden 1/4" platform, so it is comfortable to walk in yet has that stylish high heel look. I had to buy 1/2 size smaller -- not always the case with Rossi shoes, but this one ran a bit large. It already has a rubber sole, which is a savings, because I put those on every pair of shoes I own before they ever get worn.

Beautiful and unusual - This is prettier than the pictures, and the stingray gives them an unusual and elegant look. Like all of Sergio Rossi's shoes, these are beautifully made. Unfortunately, I have to return them because they just do not hit my foot right where the toes bend and it isn't flattering. Also, the description is not quite accurate: the trim material -- on the straps over the toe and the heel -- is black satin, not leather. This gives the shoe a dressy look, so these are not for daytime wear.
