The best customer service ever!!!I ordered a pair of these sandals for my daughter and I loved them when I received them! Unfortunately after she wore them only a handful of times, the flower fell off the shoe. I called Zappos and told them my problem. What they did was amazing! They replaced the shoes at no additional cost to me and I was told I would receive the new shoes approx 5-7 days. I got the shoes via ups the next day. I couldn't believe it! I have read things about the customer service at this company and everything I have read is true and more! I would recommend that this company be used by everyone. I had such a wonderful experience with them!!! Thanks Zappos.com!

Primigi Kids Agena (Infant/Toddler)
As light as air - I purchased this shoe in pink for my 2-year old daughter. I am stunned at how light-weight this shoe is. She loves the dragon fly on the toe. I will say that this shade of pink is a bit more lavender/purple than pink.

Fantastic!These are the first pair of sandals my toddler actually loves wearing. I tried to get her into other sandals but she says "mommy hurt," but these shoes are a winner. They are comfortable and cute for the summer season!

Beautiful, but too tight - These shoes were very pretty, but felt tight around the middle of the foot. Width is generally not a problem.

Great fit for a wide foot - Excellent quality. The first non-wide sized shoe I have ordered for my daughter's XXW foot, but we had to have the baby pink patent for Easter, I thought for one day it would be okay. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that it fit her comfortably in the next size up, didn't look too big or fit too loosely and she was very comfortable wearing it. It looks adorable and the sole makes all the difference as far as comfort goes. Excellent quality, great looking shoe.

Gorgeous—I purchased the military/blue color and they are even cooler in person. They are beautiful yet masculine and rugged looking. My son has yet to wear them out (so I don’t know if they cause blisters or chafe,) but they do run true to size for Primigi. I ordered them at 10PM and they were at my home by 2PM the next day! Thanks Zappos. Great Service!!

Style and Comfort in One!The shoes not only look nice but also look very comfortable. They are still a little big for my daughter and she doesn't wear them yet. The sole is very flexible, the leather look soft and the color (gold) is just so beautiful and it is easy to combine with outfits - more formal or casual.

Primigi Kids Daffodil (Toddler)
Can't go wrong with Primigi - My daughter loves these shoes. They are cute and kind of funky, but most importantly, comfortable. I find myself going back to Primigi over and over because both my girls complain that everything else hurts their feet.
