First, I have to say I returned this shoe, despite the fact that it is very, very special! The detail work is wonderful; the overall look very Bohemian....a high fashion take on the beautiful embroidery seen on old eastern European folk costumes. It is simply too high for me...felt like I was walking on tall, rigid boxes. And the price is very very steep. It runs a bit small, a half size at least. Again, a quite spectacular creation, just not for me!
