I love these boots - These are gorgeous patent leather boots. The calf circumference is perfect for semi-slender legs and has a hidden elastic "vent" for normal or larger calves than mine. I tried these on around the house and the soles/boots are super comfortable. I usually wear a size 8.5 but ordered a 9 (no half sizes) and these fit great with tights (would be snug with socks). They look super stylish and are very comfortable. They are trendy but not to loud so I should be able to get years of use out of them. They seem well constructed. I am thrilled with these boots--except the price :)Zappos is the best---I had to return the first pair due to a scratch in the leather and they overnighted the replacement! Also it's easy to reach a "live" person who is helpful! I love the boots and love Zappos!

PERFECT!I love these. I think they are going to be glued to my feet all summer long. I was getting tired of ballet flats. It's great to be back in (very comfortable) high heels. I've tried them on with 4 very different dresses and it looks perfect with all of them. The reviews here were very helpful when it came to sizing.

These patent leather boots are funky and functional!!!!I wanted a pair of low-heeled, but stylish patent leather boot-and here it is. Forward, funky, yet practical, always a difficult combination to find-but I got it with these Castaner! I am a size 9.5 ( no half sizes in this brand)-so I opted for the 10-only problem was that it was too loose in the heel-ordered a 9-too small-will use a heel cup in the size 10-and may just have to wear thicker socks instead! Shoe box area is roomy, calf area large enough around to wear jeans tucked in and zip easily(and I have slightly larger than normal calves)-quality of boot-superb-worth the money. Thank you Zappos for your excellent service!

Cute, but uncomfortable - A very good looking shoe, but not very comfortable or practical. It's very narrow in the toe, the medium width felt more like a narrow. The back is slouchy and does not stay up. The one button closure is hard to use and does not allow for adjustments. Needless to say, this cute shoe is going back...

So gorgeous but ouch!These look so nice on the foot and I love the bronze color, but I got the worst blister on my arch! I guess the rope soles really irritated the bottom of my feet, and I couldn't walk for three days afterwards due to the blister. Be careful!
