It's a shoe!!It is, in fact, a shoe!! 8 ) a striderite, nonetheless. My daughter seems comfortable in them. My only complaint is the material looks dirty quickly. I haven't expelled too much effort in getting them clean, but I suspect the toes will not clean up as nicely as I hope. But overall, a cute, good shoe for a decent price. Thank you Zappos!

Very cute, practical patent leather shoe - We bought these as my 2.5 year old daughter's Christmas shoes. They're cute, seem comfortable and are more practical than most patent leather. She can still run and play in them without slipping or her feet falling out. Seems like a good compromise between style and comfort for the little ones!

We Love these shoes - These shoes are great! Our little Grandson has a wide little foot and we have found these shoes fit perfectly. He is a outside kind of boy and he wears this shoes everywhere he goes. We have found these shoes to be durable and comfortable for him. He has been wearing Stride Rite shoes since he started walking. His mother and her sister also grew up wearing Stride Rite shoes.
