Although these shoes felt as though they fit whentrying them on, they were uncomfortable wearing for an entire day. My feet were even sore the day after wearing them. I don't know if I will continue wearing them. Possibly wearing for short periods of time may break them in better.I do like the look of the shoes.

Cheaper-looking than I expected- I don't want to sound like a drag, but these boots were not what I expected. I'm writing this review to add some perspective for future buyers. They were comfortable- very comfortable. They looked cute. They are dressy but also casual. Nothing wrong there. But the boots I got had frayed strings coming out from the seams- the seams on the top part of the boot that give it that style it has. The first review I read was correct in stating that they wrinkle at the ankle. It looked kind of cute, but after wearing them for 10 minutes the wrinkles became creases. I took them off right away for fear that they'd be too worn to return- because by now I was upset about the plastic heel, the man-made thin fabric, and the zipper constantly hitting my calf that made me think something was hanging from under my skirt.

Very comfortable but Acorn color is sort of weird -About 10 years ago I bought a similar pair of shoes from Nickels Italy. I have loved these shoes so much and worn them hundreds of times to work. But they are now falling apart, and I wanted to replace them with a similar pair. Nickels are not easy to find, so I was thrilled to find these. I bought the Acorn because my beloved, decade-old Nickels are brown. And while I do like my new shoes and they are quite comfortable, the Acorn color is sort of unattractive. The color in the photo on this site is more pleasing than the actual color of my shoes. I'm hoping the leather cures over time and changes color, or else I might have to resort to shoe polish to change their color to a better brown.

Stylish and comfy.I wore this shoe out of the box for a 12+ hour day on my feet, running all over campus for work, and had almost no discomfort! Not a lot of padding on the ball of the foot, but I don't notice it unless I'm on my feet for a really long time. Heel slips a bit, but didn't give me blisters and never felt like it would come off. All in all- a fantastic shoe.

GREAT shoes -Today after wearing these shoes dragging luggage through the airport and flying home from a conference, I got to my other job (as a dog groomer) and discovered that I forgot to pack grooming shoes and I had to wear them while doing manual labor on my feet for six more hours.They are as comfortable now as when I put them on 12 hours ago!
