Best Boot Ever!I bought a pair of these 8 years ago and just this last summer I had to have them resoled. The comfort, looks and durability is just great. If these ever break down on me, I definitely would not hesitate on buying another pair. They are great for dress, casual and motorcycle driving.

Great boots!These boots are great! I got them in the Dark Brown which is more of a worn look than brand new brown. I love it! They look great with jeans, which I wear all the time. They, like other Frye boots, tend to be a little snug around the front of your foot and looser in the heel area. I wore them twice and they have conformed to my feet better and actually really comfortable! I think I'm going to get the same boots in other colors eventually! Zappos is great! I ordered them Saturday, standard free shipping, and received them Monday! Unreal! Plus you get the 365 day return policy so you can't go wrong.

Frye Duke
Love Frye -This is my third pair of Frye boots, I really love my first two pairs,had them 20 years. The new pair of Dukes are great looking and will wear for 20 more years, my only problem with them is that they are very heavy. I feel like a real cowpuncher wearing them, but they slow you down with the weight.

Frye Bruce -Wore Frye's "back in the day" and really am glad to see such great boots make a comeback. I chose the stone suede and I'm really happy. The are wide enough in the calf to tuck jeans in and they don't bunch. Also the stone color is very striking. I get loads of compliments.

Great Boots!These boots are great! Not only do they look awesome they are really comfortable too. Be aware though that if you have wide feet or a high instep they may be difficult to get on the first few times but they do stretch a bit with wear and will get easier. They run large also. I normally wear an 8 1/2 or a 9, but the 8 fits perfectly in these. You'll want to find a size where your heel doesn't slip when you walk.

Love the look -They look fantastic on!! I feel taller in them and look terrific too. The only thing I find is that the toe area is a bit scrunchy. I think when the wearing in has taken effect, they'll be even better.

Give this one a chance -I was a bit nervous to order a half size smaller than my usual size 9, but after reading the reviews, I went with an 8.5. At first, my toes felt really cramped and I feared this boot just wouldn't work for me (the heel was a bit loose, so I knew a 9 would be too big). BUT, I wore them for short amounts of time for several days and finally, the leather relaxed in the toe box. Now they fit just fine! So, give them time to break in gently. These boots make me feel quite confident when I wear them.One small complaint: the shaft of the boot seems to have taken on the dark shades from my jeans. I have not treated the leather yet, so I may be to blame. The base of the boot is still tan, but the shaft has much darker bits now. Not a big deal, but I wanted to mention it. This boot is hot!

Give them time...Yes... the heel slips and they feel too big at first. Apparently this is common with Frye boots. I was really disappointed at first since I wore them once before realized this and felt like I wasted money. Now, I've given them a few more weeks to wear in and they fit perfectly! They are great quality and have become my new favorite boots!
