Comfy but awkward - I typically wear a 6.5 in dress shoes so that's waht I ordered, but by the time I put on nylons, my foot slipped around so much I wasn't able to walk. But the heighth and wide heel is great for a long day of standing. I would recommend buying a couple of sizes to make sure you get one that fits correctly.

Cute- I wear size 11 and these were the right size. This shoe is cute. Got the satin blue. If you are going to be standing for a while, break these shoes in first other wise these are a great shoes.

Disappointing- The shoe looked promising, but when I tried it on, it looked frumpy and most of all, very uncomfortable. There was no cushioning. It was very disappointing, and I had to return it.

Stunning Shoe!Lovely, lovely shoe. I read the reviews before purchasing this wonderful shoe and had hoped this shoe would, as one person said, be a bit narrow. At first I also thought this shoe was a bit tight because the straps cut into my foot on one side, but the straps move through the bow if you gently pull on them, and I emphasize gently. By doing this you can position them to fit your shape foot. I found this shoe true to length and width, very comfortable even with the high heel, but a bit too wide for me so, sadly, I must return them.

Very disappointing- I bought these for my wedding. Based on the looks and great previous reviews I was very disappointed to find out that they don't hug your feet well (I'd be afraid to trip over walking the aisle, and dancing would be out of the question! One of the shoes was crooked to the side and to my dismay, the heels are made of some material that resembles cheap white plastic (instead of lined with satin as the rest of the shoe). I'll still shop with Zappos. Keep the good job!

Great shoes- I ordered these shoes for a wedding, if anyone is having a hard time finding a color that will go with the very popular chocolate brown, these are them. They matched my dress almost perfectly. They are browner than bronze and also very comfortable for a long day.

Sexy and elegant!Wow! I love this shoe so much! This is the classic mule in Black Silk Satin- such a classic design that these go with everything. Great with trousers for work or worn with that little black dress for a romantic evening out. I ordered a size larger than I normally wear because of the pointed toe.
