Good Shoe- Wrong Size- The shoe is great; the service getting the shoe, even better. My choice of size left a lot to be desired but due to the time constraints I had to live with the choice.Even with "big shoes" I will use this service again and get the right size next time.

Best service I've ever received online.Unbelievable. As everyone has stated- the shoes were magically transported to my door in 36 hours and are perfect. Does it get better than this?? Not really!These are beautiful shoes. I've bought every color from Zappos, and if I had more room in my closet, I'd buy more as back ups. Comfortable, stylish, made in Italy... what else could you ask for?

An excellent multi-purpose shoe -This is the only dress shoe I have ever owned that I could walk approximately 1.5 miles in the very first time I wore them and not have sore, blistered feet. These shoes were true to size and are sleek and stylish.

Sharp and snazzy dress shoe for the price- I have this shoe in brown and am very pleased with it. One of the more comfortable pair of dress shoes I own. Very nice.

Bostonian's Are Great Shoes- This is the third pair of Bostonian's, they are great shoes. They last a long time even with my husband as hard as he is on shoes.Zappos is the only place I would buy shoes; I have not even had such a pleasant experience with other .com companies. The returns are the easiest of any company.

Arch-less- Bought the shoe for work twice a week. Have a desk job so was very surprised of the sole wear and my aching arches at the end of the day. Great look though.

Bostonian Clinton - I've been wearing Bostonian and Hanover (whatever happened to that brand) shoes for more years than I care to remember. They are the only brand that offers narrow width shoes at a reasonable price. Fit has always been perfect and shoes wear quite well.
